The course is suitable for people with some people with some previous Yoga experience and already have a grounding in basic yoga postures. Explore classical yoga postures in a safe and supportive environment where students are encouraged to listen to their own body and go at a pace that is comfortable to them.

The course will focus on building safe alignment infused by clear anatomical understanding. exploring a mixture of flowing sequences and static poses. This will enable you to build more strength, flexibility and resilience. We will also learn how to relax into a deepening awareness of our body, breath and heart.

Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (if you need to borrow a mat please let me know)
1 blanket
Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for people with major injuries or illness.

All in-person courses are held at The Didsbury Parsonage, a beautiful Grade II listed building set in a magical secret garden. As you sit on your yoga mat listen to the birds outside and bathe in the warmth of the sunlight pouring through the window. Breathe slowly and relax into a deep state of calm and relaxation.

All in-person courses are kept small and intimate to allow for greater personal attention.
